1. Chat with an expert
Our process starts with a complimentary consultation with one of our fine jewelry specialists, either virtually or in-person. They will provide you with a comprehensive overview of our custom process and will gather information about your design inspiration, diamond preferences, and budgetary considerations to make tailored recommendations just for you.
2. Select your diamond
Your fine jewelry specialist will curate a selection of diamonds based on your preferences and our high quality standards. You will receive detailed videos and an overview of the specifications for each stone, which can be reviewed with your fine jewelry speialist either in-person or virtually to ensure you make an informed decision.
3. Create your design
Once you have selected your diamond, we will guide you through designing your setting with all of its personal touches. Our CAD designer will create a rendering for your review and feedback. Once your design is finalized, we will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece right in the heart of New York City.
